WHY DID WE START LITTLE DRAFTING CO

LITTLE DRAFTING co. was created to address an issue within the Building Design and Drafting industry today. This issue being the inconsistent quality & cost of plans and services being provided from project to project.

To often we are approached by clients who have paid for plans that are either A, not what they asked for, or B, poor quality and not usable by council or builder. Today council’s are very strict on the quality and accuracy of applications, if the plans are not up to their level they will simply send them back costing you time and money. More worrying is having a builder price and execute the project from inaccurate plan’s where the cost’s are far greater.

Building Design & Drafting is a serviced based industry, the cost and quality of work varies far to much from person to person. It is for this reason the LITTLE DRAFTING co. was born.

We are specialists in residential design, drafting & planning for new builds, renovations and restoration projects. Our goal is to provide a quality and affordable service across Sydney. Over the years we have development our skills and knowledge of the industry creating a drafting system that ensures all of our clients receive the same service and quality no matter the project size or budget.

Our fees are a fair reflection not only of the work provided, but also the project budget. Most of our clients are Mum’s and Dad’s on tight budget’s with high hopes of creating their family’s dream home, It’s our goal to get them on their way.
